While we make every effort to ensure proper packaging, it is important to understand that freeze-dried candies are delicate and are susceptible to crushing during shipment. We cannot be held responsible for any changes in shape and texture that may occur to our products during transportation. Furthermore, some candies are sensitive to heat and may melt when shipped to warmer locations. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee their preservation because we have no control over weather conditions. However, we want to assure you that despite any changes in appearance, the taste and quality of our candy remain unaffected.

If you receive an incorrect item, please email us. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to assess the issue and make it right by replacing the wrong item. Kindly note that, as we handle perishable goods, we cannot accept returns. When you communicate with us, please attach a picture of the items to help expedite the resolution process.
